Mr. Harbour is a business lawyer with extensive experience in commercial litigation.

Upon graduation from the Columbia University School of Law, Mr. Harbour began his career as law clerk to The Honorable Lewis R. Morgan, Judge, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Following this work, he became an associate with the firm of Sullivan & Cromwell in New York. There, Mr. Harbour represented clients in major antitrust and contract litigation. Prior to joining Anderson Dailey LLP, Mr. Harbour was General Counsel for OHM Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange international engineering and environmental firm. Prior to joining OHM, Mr. Harbour was a member of The Coca-Cola Company legal department, where he managed complex litigation and provided antitrust and other legal advice. While at Coca-Cola, Mr. Harbour also served in various business capacities, including Director of Business Planning and Vice President of Business Development for The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of New York.

Featured Experience

Represented a major construction company in multiple jury trials concerning construction disputes involving the Savannah River Project.

Represented a major construction company in several arbitrations and in litigation concerning Atlanta Airport construction projects.

Managed litigation involving engineering and environmental disputes with a total amount in dispute of over $200 million.

Argued successful appeal of a major pro bono civil rights case before United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
